It's very simple.
Ceramic A and Ceramic B are placed in a coupled configuration within a box
also holding a set of conductors.
Simultaneously, someone puts together a pseudo-science video and places it
on a web site.
The combination of these two attractors causes money to flow from the
wallets of the gullible into the pockets of the ethically-challenged.
So the originators get rich, and the marks go away with a self-satisfied
feeling of having done something positive for the environment. A plan with
no drawbacks?
