Yes. Audio sync seems to be the biggest problem with Linux video editors.
Technically, it should be very easy to do, particularly for TS streams.
Just add a few extra PTS values at the cut point and re-allign all the
other PTS/SCR timestamps in the stream.
It seems that a lot of linux video editors separate the audio and the
video but do not preserve the sync between them.
