I have a 6310 which is a printer/scanner/copier/fax and it "Just
Works". Plugged it in and the drivers for the printer were already
installed and ready to print before I'd sat down and put paper in it.
There's also a tool called HPLIP which lets you know ink levels and so
on, so it works much like it would on windows, but without the crappy
bloated HP mess that they call a driver.
