hmmmm.... NatWest was a prime example.
Although, curiously, it worked fine if you told it that you were running
netscape 3.89 (IIRC) on a mac.
At the time this was fairly trivial in konqueror. Now it's trivial in
most common browsers.

...and the national lottery site. This probably hasn't changed. works
fine with a customised User Agent string. They don't respond to email
about this, surprise, surprise.
oh, and argos, IIRC.
although most seem to have fixed these issues by now.
