Steve Smith lives in NE Hants with a loving wife and lots of animals (guinea pigs, rabbits, rats and cats).
After 20 years in IT doing most things with software from the evil empire, I wanted a new challenge so thought I would “open the lid on this weird Linux thing”. That was about a year ago, but time restraints have meant I’ve still very much a novice.
My current aims are to customize my Debian web server to replace my ‘doze server.
In the picture of the Sept 03 HLUG meeting, I was the one on the left of the “Windows Waving Man”.
