: I’m new to this wiki, LUG and area !! : I’ve played with Linux since RH 5 (1998 ?) – now juggling distros Suse & Debian. I’m interested in different kinds of open source groupware (Slash & Everything2). : Trying to learn perl !! Completely self-taught – therefore not a techie !
: I’ve worked as an IT Project – Programme manager mainly on testing for investment banking and a brief stint at the Big Blue. Now un-employed – well forced to work in a call centre 
: My old compaq 233 (Debian) has blown up – so I’m left with a Sony Viao (F709k) running Suse 8.2.
: Non-tech interests include painting, books, antiques – I have a website(currently in flux ! – maybe I should just build a wiki !!!).
