A bit about myself: I’m currently lecturing in web development (PHP and MySQL, web standards) at Southampton Institute as well as a couple of evening classes (Cisco Unix and C) at Highbury College. In my spare time I go walking and am currently developing Freemap, a free mapping site developed with PHP/MySQL. In terms of distros I’m currently using Mandrake 10.0 on my desktop and Debian Sarge on the server.
Biggest wish: Microsoft are forced to adopt cross-platform standards
