Your post was enough for me. Basically as long as you said it was
possible, even if you didn't know how made another Google search
worth while. This time I figured out that the original and second
generation scanners don't do DVB-T2 and that I needed the v5
scanner - from the same LinuxTV sources. It's very clear on their
web site once you find the correct page on their wiki.
I now have the correct channels for Hannington, including the HD
channels!
