I find that I am getting lazy. Having to understand a stack of
systems seems a lot harder than just one. From what I have read
about ZFS, it just seems like a good idea that I can manage to cope
with.

That was my understanding too. I was just curious to know if
anybody knew of any similar file system that is available in Linux. I
think that the answer is no at this time, but I am not a close
follower of all the latest developments.
