VoIP doesn't have to run over the Net. Asterisk,
an analogue card, and VoIP phones are considerably
cheaper than a traditional PABX.
That's what I'm working on at the moment for one
of The Society's new projects. Two analogue phone
lines terminated in a Sangoma A200, and ten VoIP
extensions using Atcom AT-530 SIP/IAX phones.
