ext3.
ext2 is essentially an older version of the same filesystem - there are
very few reasons to choose ext2 over ext3 these days. ext2 doesn't deal
with unclean shutdowns very well, whereas ext3 doesn't miss a beat.
xfs is an interesting filesystem - but if you don't know why you'd choose
it, you probably don't want to.
