Linux Distribution: gentoo at present, at home and work but have used many others in the past.
Linux Experience: I’ve only been using linux since early 2000 but I have been using Unix since 1979. My first linux device driver went into the standard kernel while I was working for Farsite back in 2001. Currently I’m working with embedded (like often under hundreds of meters of rock) ARM linux systems for Guralp Systems.
Hobbies: Besides computing, pyrotechnics (I work on public fireworks displays), off-roading in my Discovery, gardening and most recently clay pigeon shooting
