What happened

• TonyWhitmore helped fix JohnLewis‘s gallery installation.

• NickWhitelegg‘s Freemap talk was especially well recieved.

• AlanPope helped upgrade NigelMiles‘s hush box to Ubuntu Hoary, and with the help of HugoMills, got xorg working with the vesa driver

• HugoMills brought along his Sinclair Spectrum, causing everyone to go “ooh, that takes me back a bit”. Shame it didn’t work. Bad RAM is suspected.

• HugoMills helped CaroleCosse install Ubuntu Warty, and to upgrade it to Hoary. He also introduced her to IRC (poor woman).

• IanBrazier made an Ubuntu Hoary box hopefully to become a server for the next Infopoint, thanks Bob for the power supply.

• IanBrazier and TonyWhitmore helped Mark resize his Doze partition and install Ubuntu Hoary.

• AdrianBridgett disabled DMA so that AdamTrickett‘s antique computer would mount a CD.
