yes I think it is that junction!
I have had a look and failed to find the power adapter :( It's (of
course) a Dell design that looks slightly different from a "standard"
12v socket on the monitor.
Had a quick look on Google and (once you filter out the US outlets)
this looks like the right kind of thing
