Hello,
I am upgrading a 640gig hard drive for a 1.5tb but want to have the
640 and 500 gig i have spare connected
to my desktop PC.
Disk docks seem to have one hard drive capacity only apart from an
icy dock which has two slots.
I was wondering if i could just use a NAS and attach it to the
computer with USB3 and not use the rj45
connection?
Like this NAS:

The USB connections though i mentioned as being used to get data on
to the internal HDs
so I am wondering if it would not work for some reason and i would be
stuck with the slower
RJ45?
thanks for your time
