Our certificate was full of "assumed".

For total energy use and an older property 213 gives you a score
of "D" (on French calculation), which isn't surprising, I bet an
assessor would give it a much lower rating based on the UK SAP
method. That's still a better real footprint than the best
estimated score our house got...
