There has been no mention of anything to suggest that you are already meeting,
let alone when and where, which are surely necessary if you are to attract
new members. SHH is already doing a small amount of hacking, although that
is necessarily limited by the lack of a permanent home.
It also is trying to build up its membership, which you clearly are not yet
doing. So it is more advanced than you are in the process of setting up.
