That £130 pound is only for the first hour, they then start charging by
the half hour (at least it is for business lines).

The problem is ISP's will push the blame else where until you prove to
them that you have tested the line with a phone (if it is a dedicated
ADSL line) changed the filter and changed the router. Most providers
have access to BT line test although to be honest that is not
particularly reliable.

I have had BT out four time for one line before they found the fault,
and they had to repay the charges we had been charged for them coming
out and not finding a fault.

The bit that gets me is some ISP will supply a router (free or paid for)
but they won't offer any support for that router other than basic wan
setup.
