Same here . I was using Gallery 2 for quite a long time . When Gallery
3 came I jumped for it right when it was in beta , but it was a
dissapointment .
It IMHO has a different way of looking into things . Customisation
,permission and setting looked so simple in 2 . Also the ajaxy part
was buggy for me . Hated it to the core .
I just hope 2.x would be supported for more time .
