thanks, the action plan is a reasonable start, but lacking in teeth. The
current interesting documents to look at are the manifestos of the
various parties, the Conservative manifesto has some interesting
commitments in it. It is a big document, just search for the word "open"
and browse through the hits. There are similar things in the other
manifestos. I am doing a session at OGGCamp looking at the parties from
a geek perspective and will pick apart the commitments there a bit.
