I'm a bit late with this suggestion, but at work the testing people use
'Web Polygraph' from
http://www.web-polygraph.org/.
If that tool's not useful, there's an 'Other Tools' section on that
site.
I'm weighing up whether to package it for Debian - but I'm not sure if
it's actively maintained. I've seen floating point errors with it on
amd64.
