The sentiment is good (I always try to put my business to people I know
first), but I should point out that Amazon Maketplace is not eBay :-)
I've only once had a problem. Something I'd bought didn't arrive, and when
I contacted the seller directly, I got a sarcastic email back. I forwarded
it to Amazon, who refunded my money immediately, no questions asked.
