Naively, you can get converter cables. However, I think there are
issues about different signal types carried on various pins on those
cables. Maybe someone with more specific knowledge can help?

You'll need a V4L (or V4L2) driver for the card, and something
which understands the relevant data formats for that card. There's
quite a range of apps and tools that will read V4L[2] streams -- I
doubt it'll be too hard to narrow it down to a shortlist of
potentially useful ones.
