I considered asking this at the end of last week, but decided against in
then, however the thread seems to have rumbled on and I don't see it going
anywhere good.
Given that it's about the law (and nobody involved in it has admitted to
being a lawyer) and politics (an discussion topic which has caused
problems on the list before) while only peripherally to do with Linux, I'd
ask that if you want to continue this thread you do so elsewhere.
