you need the first of these two lines in your /etc/apt/sources.list
and the second as well if you are downloading source packages

deb http://secure-testing.debian.net/debian-secure-testing
etch/security-updates main contrib non-free

deb-src http://secure-testing.debian.net/debian-secure-testing
etch/security-updates main contrib non-free

Note: should be all on one line with a space between 'testing' and
etch'
