[Hampshire] Sip voice/video calling suggestions...

Hi there,

It's getting close (Monday) to some of our relatives leaving for
Australia (forever). I was wondering if anyone could recommend a
windows package that can work with Ekiga on sipgate.co.uk (or
something similar) with voice AND video... I simply can't find any
free windows sip phone that allows video calling as well as voice
calling.
