It's not accessible. I can't work out how to set the IP address from the
image I create on the other machine.

That's right. In the end, though it's a minor faff, I connected a kvm to
it and configured it "old school". Once I got it setup, I cloned the card,
powered down machine 1, booted up machine 2 (which of course thinks it's
machine 1 so powering down essential to avoid a IP address conflict), ssh'd
into it, made the changes. Then rinse and repeat until I have my 4 nodes
up. Wouldn't be doable for a larger cluster of course but I couldn't see
an easier way. Cluster now up and running nicely.
