As it happens I was just looking for the same.
I've used LinITX.com a number of times for small/cheap-ish/quiet boxes
as they have a number of fanless options.
They've always had a few machines around suitable for firewalls.
They presently have a range dedicated to that using ALIX boards.
I have not yet used one.
