I you feel strongly about this, then why not let a Councillor know your feelings and concerns. In the run up to an election [May each year] the councillors will be keen to make the largest number of people happy, with decisions and policies. Councillors are in a position to represent the interests of citizens to the administrators of the council.
Councillors are democratically accountable to residents of their ward. The overriding duty of councillors is to the whole community, but they have a special duty to their constituents, including those who did not vote for them.

Ah, haaa - they are consulting the citizens of Bracknell for opinion over what to do with the current Market at Bracknell Market and Winchester House. So a Market place for Gadgets and Computers might be pertinent to that consideration.
