Good afternoon everybody,
I'm doing the December meeting and Christmas meal in separate e-mails as
details are not yet finalised for the meeting. You are welcome to attend the
meeting, the meal, or both. However, for the meal I will need to know numbers
in advance, So...
The Christmas meal is being held at about 19:30 on 7th December (exact details
nearer the time) at the Mercure Dolphin Hotel Signature Restaurant in
Southampton. The food last year was excellent and worked out at about £30 a
head. The meal is open to members, friends and family.
If you would like to come, could you choose your meal from the menus linked
below, and send me your choices (chairman@???). I will send you a
confirmation e-mail with details of where to send your money (It'll be to Ed,
our treasurer).
