I would concur. It is possible that 1 unreaedable sector still
means that there are years of life in the drive or it could be the
thin end of the wedge... Run a full test and post the results.

I had one drive (in a mirrored pair) that started to do that, over
a few weeks the number gradually went up and up, it went down
suddenly, then shot back up and continued to rise until I replaced
it. It never technically failed but I don't think I'd trust it
anymore.

I now run a short self test on my drives every other day.
