Distro = Debian 7  (iso 7.0.1, but app installed today via gnome package manager)   
App = Monkey Studio IDE    (top search for QT4 Integrated Development Environment)  
package name = monkey studio-1.9.0.2-2 (32 bit) 
License = unknown in repo …. -> app implies LGPL 2.1 +
