Hello, all!
You are all warmly invited to the next meeting of the Portsmouth Linux Users
Group. It will be held at the Broadoaks Social Club* in Hilsea from 13:00
till 17:30, this Saturday, 18th May. There is ample parking available and
the train station is next door. Note the advice on the website* about
eschewing Sat Nav.
You will need to ring the bell for admittance and say that you are there for
the LUG meeting. Then go up the stairs, into the bar and down to the door at
the back left-hand corner of the bar.
I shall be there from around 12:00 and would welcome early company. ;-)
One of our members, Toby Slight, will be talking on "An overview of the
more "1337" or "hardcore" distros - Arch, Slackware and Gentoo".
I look forward to seeing some Hants-LUGers there. :-)
