The difference between the *intent* of the law, and the *letter* of the
law. :-(

I do find it odd though, that people object to being spied on by the
govt. but are not only willing, but complicit in allowing a private
company to do the same. Not even with the pretence of the "public
good", but simply for the benefit (i.e. profit) of said company. I'm
thinking google and their ilk.

Maybe I need a better tin-foil hat. IDK.
