[Hampshire] Any "find" experts?

Hi All.

I might be being a bit slow this morning, but I there appears to be
something missing from find.

I'm trying to find directories where the x bit is *clear* for everyone;
the functionality seems to be missing.

I can search for exact matches of the permissions, but that's not what I
want - I don't care about anything but the r and x flags for all. I can
search for either or both of those being set, but I can't see a way to
find where they are clear.

Am I being dumb?

[Aside: to make matters even worse, I've got to do this on a Solaris 7
box. But while the syntax is different from the Linux find, the feature
set seems to be the same.]
