[Hampshire] brandysnap: rsync-based backup snapshot creation…

Hello Folks!

You heard it here first. I've been writing (yet another) rsync-wrapper
script than manages snapshots.

Why? Because the ones I could find (rsnapshot, dirvish, etc.) didn't do
things the way I wanted them to.

I've just released it on github at

     https://github.com/StarsoftAnalysis/brandysnap

for the world to enjoy. Or ignore. We'll see.

The beginnings of some documentation are there too.
