[Hampshire] Creating .ZIP files from Java

Hi,

WinZIP can compress and encrypt with AES. I.e The latest WinZIP using
standards based AES and not WinZIP's own encryption.

Does anyone know of a bit of Java or C lib that can create .zip files
that are AES encrypted?
