Wouldn't have been in this case, since for the Guruplug you need a JTAG
USB/serial converter board which Clive did not have - unlike the Sheevaplug,
which you can access a serial console on via the USB port. Without that, you
can't reflash the NAND on the thing. Worse, you cannot even access the
equivalent of BIOS to select booting from USB stick or other external device
as this is all via the JTAG board too.

Turned out he just needed to plug the ethernet cable into the other of the 2
ports, guruplugs come out of the box with only one configured.
