Does the connector fit?
The last mini-ITX board I had to look at didn't have ATX conenctors.
You may also have to turn the PSU on manually - short the green wire to
the black one alongside it.
With PC power supplies, it is *usually* the case that if the connector
fits, it will do the job to some extent - but note that there are certain
notable exceptions to this rule. I have a Tyan motherboard here that has a
standard ATX connector, but would be destroyed by a standard ATX power
supply. Luckily, the Molex connectors used are fairly easy to re-wire.
