They do now - but they used to ship it as a Windows .exe which
uncompressed into the .iso. At the time, I couldn't find anything that
would uncompress it :-(

I had a long and vocal fight with Maxtor until they eventually realised
that their system was unusable without a Windows machine in the first
instance. Eventually, I got an apology and an uncompressed file - but it
took some getting...
