[Hampshire] Raw reads from CDs?

Hi All.

Does anyone know how to get raw data pulled from a broken CD? I've got a
couple of unreadable disks with images I want on them.

I've tried dd, ddrescue, and dd_rescue - none of them work. They all see
the disks as zero-sized and blank (there are no TOCs). /var/log/messages
gives me I/O errors on sector 0, and nothing seems to progress past that
:-(

Any ideas?
