Picked up this information snippet which may be of interest to people.
"Sometimes it's tough to manage a dual boot situation. You need to reboot the
machine everytime that you want to use one of them and that's simply too much
wasted time when sometimes you only need to use it for quick and simple tasks.
This week huisinro has proposed at Boot Land a small free tool that he has
created: VBoot for Linux.
The concept is quite simple, you are able of running linux (on this case
Ubuntu) straight from a single .vhd file.
This means that you can use Virtual PC or Virtual Box to run the system while
you're inside Windows and that you can also add this .vhd to the boot sequence
of your computer and run it in full speed as a real OS.
Very handy indeed.
