That's probably your problem - you're either violating (most likely) the
5-4-3 rule, or are very close to doing so
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-4-3-2-1_rule). You need to reduce the
number of hubs in the connection (switches, being active, are OK, but
there is a limit to how many hubs you can have).
