If you cannot pull a new cable through a small "parachute" and a compressor
can blow a new cable run through a clear pipe.
A small household 5CFM jobbie should do the trick.

p.s. You can buy a roll of outside water pipe from somewhere like wickes
which is perfect for this sort of thing.
