[Hampshire] Viglen MPC-L

I've had a look around and not been able to find an answer on this one
so I'm hoping someone who's bought one will know:

Is the hard disk drive user replaceable? I'm interested in replacing my
home server with one of these to cut down on both costs and noise, but
I'd like more storage space.
