Apologies for slight thread breaking, and for being somewhat OT, but I
don't have an early enough email in this thread to reply suitably.
James was moderated on the GLLUG mailing list a few weeks ago for his
continued refusal to adhere to the commercial advert posting rules
there. A few days ago he attempted to get around the ban by
subscribing a new email address at a new domain and then.... posting
another job advert (the one in question here) inappropriately.
He's now been permanently banned from GLLUG mailing lists, to which he says:
"I am still subscribed to the GLLUG under *many* different domain names
and email addresses as I do not see why I (as a Linux user) cannot
further my knowledge by reading (and perhaps answering) GLLUG posts?"
I don't presume to indicate what this list's admins should do but I
thought being made aware of how he deals with other lists might be of
relevance.
Regards
