  Recruitment agencies come and go,  I've never used them, I've never
 needed to.   I suspect that many people are similar; word of mouth
 and personal recommendations are more useful than having a recruitment
 person scan CVs for keywords and rake in huge percentages.
  99% of the time when I hear from a recruitment pimp it is a waste
 of my time.  I'm sure I'm not alone.  (That's from both sides: from
 the wanting to find a new a job, trying to find candidates to fill vacancies.)
