I have a Humax Foxsat HDR and I simply plug a USB mass-storage device
into the front panel USB port and copy files onto it. The UI is pretty
hideous and it won't let you copy some HD programmes, but otherwise it
seems to work ok. I haven't investigated the ethernet port yet.
