Obtain the key by some means. Many mailers with PGP integration
will fetch unknown keys for you. From the command line:

$ gpg --keyserver pgpkeys.mit.edu --recv-key 166C4BF0
gpg: requesting key 166C4BF0 from hkp server pgpkeys.mit.edu
gpg: key 166C4BF0: "Adam John Trickett <adam.trickett@???>" 3 new user IDs
gpg: key 166C4BF0: "Adam John Trickett <adam.trickett@???>" 43 new signatures
gpg: public key 4A9B1723 is 431110 seconds newer than the signature
gpg: public key EBB5FC91 is 17725955 seconds newer than the signature
gpg: 3 marginal(s) needed, 1 complete(s) needed, classic trust model
gpg: depth: 0  valid:   1  signed:  31  trust: 0-, 0q, 0n, 0m, 0f, 1u
gpg: depth: 1  valid:  31  signed:  62  trust: 30-, 0q, 0n, 0m, 1f, 0u
gpg: depth: 2  valid:   1  signed:   1  trust: 1-, 0q, 0n, 0m, 0f, 0u
gpg: next trustdb check due at 2009-11-02
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:           new user IDs: 3
gpg:         new signatures: 43

Cheers,
Andy
