[Hampshire] Restore native Xandros to Eee PC 901

Refering to the ASUS Eee PC 901 W006 Netbook, I have been asked:

Does anyone know whether it comes with the necessary restore media? If so, in
what form?

I think by "fouled up" he means an HDD crash, at which rate it can't occur.
And I imagine that a fault with the SSD is less likely since it is less
vulnerable. But he may mean fouled up at a software level!!
